Articulando claramente o PORQU\u00ca ajuda a unificar a equipe em torno do objetivo da mudan\u00e7a. O \"porqu\u00ea\" comum ajuda a garantir que o senso de urg\u00eancia seja compartilhado. Nada mais desafiador do que acender a mudan\u00e7a sem saber por que uma mudan\u00e7a \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria em primeiro lugar. Considerando que n\u00f3s n\u00e3o \"caminhamos sozinhos\". Nunca subestime a necessidade de socializar e, eventualmente, de se comunicar em demasia sobre o porqu\u00ea de uma mudan\u00e7a relevante. A NKG cruzou seu caminho profissional em v\u00e1rias ocasi\u00f5es antes: Primeiro, quando trabalhava na FNC. Mais tarde, como \u201cconcorrente amigo\u201d. A carreira de Nicolas no caf\u00e9 come\u00e7ou na Holanda, onde trabalhou como estagi\u00e1rio na The Mild Coffee Company. Ele foi treinado \u00e0 \u201cboa velha moda\u201d e teve que fazer de tudo um pouco, inclusive envio e recebimento de fax, sim, ainda muito utilizado na \u00e9poca, e caf\u00e9, \u2013 o que o levou a aprender a apreciar a diversidade dos caf\u00e9s verdes no laborat\u00f3rio de caf\u00e9. Mais tarde, ele foi designado para os clientes de caf\u00e9 liofilizado franc\u00eas e belga. Ele percebeu pela primeira vez que se tornou um nerd de caf\u00e9 quando se tornou uma \u201cmente que pensa em caf\u00e9 o tempo todo\u201d. Sua paix\u00e3o pelo produto se desenvolveu ainda mais enquanto visitava sua primeira origem: Col\u00f4mbia. \u201cApesar de ter nascido na Col\u00f4mbia, estar nos cafezais fazendo parte do meu trabalho foi uma grande descoberta: conhecer as hist\u00f3rias e os rostos por tr\u00e1s do produto diretamente dos produtores do campo me fez perceber que o caf\u00e9 havia entrado em minhas veias. 23 anos depois, ainda est\u00e1 l\u00e1.\u201d Na NKG, Nicolas gosta do fato de nos dedicarmos ao caf\u00e9 apenas ao desafio de manter a vantagem por meio de agilidade, conhecimento e paix\u00e3o.
