Mail from NG Comms

Hej
there

Hej there dear MAG readers (MAG – this is still very exciting),

I hope you are all well.

What a wild, fast-paced year it was – again. It is probably not just me, but I get the feeling that every year goes by faster and faster, and the topics get more diverse and complex. There was so much happening inside and outside our NKG life, it is indeed sometimes hard to stay on track and up to date. If you feel like me – no worries, you are definitely not alone.

We talked about it in this issue a lot: if everything is crazy and fast enough, how can we structure us and communicate inside our group, literally INSIDE NKG, to make it clearer for you and all of us? With that in mind, we at NG Comms did our best to enhance our internal communication activities for the future. We really did. You cannot imagine how long it took us to discuss, for example, the new names of our communication channels so that they would make sense and everyone would immediately know what we are talking about. So, we hope it will make your life easier and give you the feeling that, at least inside our group, you are now well prepared with where to find which information, how to stay in the loop and what you have to know to do your job in a calmer way.

It's your turn

And as we always say we would like to hear more from you: What would you actually like to read in this magazine? What kind of content would you like to see more? This is your chance to be an influencer for our magazine. 😉

My highlight this year is right in front of you: this issue of our INSIDE NKG MAG! Being part of the team developing our internal communication further and trying to make things clearer for you and all of us was not only very challenging, but also a lot of fun. Analyzing how we actually communicate, developing a concept and a strategy of how we would like to communicate in the future and bridging this gap with our ideas was quite an intensive process – it was all the more enriching to see how everything came together in the end. So, I hope it is by now a bit easier for you to follow our ideas about what is going on where inside NKG. If you are unsure about anything INSIDE NKG related or have any questions about it: please let us know. In our NKG Holding who-is-who you will find your perfect contact person. Or you can just write to inside@nkg.coffee.

We at NG Comms are already looking forward to an exciting new year 2024 and wish you a calm and peaceful rest of this year. Have a fantastic start and see you happy and healthy in 2024!

Best wishes from Hamburg

Julia Wichert

PS: This time, we have got this really nice Escape Game picture for you, which we think is as nice as the one from our last issue. And no worries – though we were unfortunately not able to escape on time, we had a great time and lots of fun!! 😉
