You are reading correctly, that is the new name of our favorite magazine NKG Connected! And it is just one example of what is happening at NKG right now. Find out what we mean by that and what exactly this is all about in our editorial article.
Happy Holidays from
the NG Communications team and David M. Neumann!
In this issue, please join us in congratulating Jaime Robert Corotan: he is our new NKG Integrity Champion! Jaime (or Bobby as many know him), started his career with New Guinea Highlands Coffee Export Ltd in 2005 as the Maintenance Supervisor …
Neumann Gruppe in Hamburg consists of departments with a diverse variety of functions and competencies, which both serve the general strategic orientation of NKG and provide specific support for the group companies. Some departments and services are already known to many, while others have been working more in the background. We would like to use our INSIDE NKG MAG to close this gap and have therefore initiated the “who is who” series.
As a global organization with multifaceted companies, we have a strong commitment to diversity. We also understand that (gender) equality is not only a matter of fairness, but also a key driver of innovative solutions and sustainable growth/business success. Striving to promote a more diverse and inclusive work environment, where everyone can thrive, we would like to introduce you to two women, who have made significant contributions in their respective fields: Anna Fath, NG Coaching, and Juliete A. De Paula Botelho, Mill Operator at NKG Stockler.
At the end of this year, we will be saying goodbye to two Managing Directors who have made outstanding contributions to the well-being and success of their companies and NKG as a whole over the past few years. We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate them once again on their achievements and wish them all the best for the future! Thank you, José Luis García and Fabio Frontani.

That’s why, in this issue of our Three by Three Questions, we’re going to take a look at AI, its potential and its limitations in NKG’s business. In addition, our three experts give you and me some hands-on advice on how to deal with AI …
IT'S YOUR TURN!
We probably all use them every day, in private chats, but also when chatting with our colleagues in Teams: emojis!
Here, you can see three well-known terms from the NKG and (coffee) world, represented in form of emojis. But what are the emojis trying to tell us?
Guess which terms the emojis express and win a matching pair of HappySocks!
In our previous issue, we had further exciting topics for you: Besides diving deep into our group’s structure, we presented new faces in our portraits, introduced Nordic Approach and its team, talked more about sustainability reporting, the new HR System “Workday”, and more interesting topics … Explore the previous and last issue under the name NKG Connected!
