MAIL FROM NG COMMS:
A Personal Update

Hello dear Connected readers,

I hope you are all doing fine in these busy times.

You have now heard a lot about what is going on in Hamburg in this issue of our NKG Connected – the Coaching department, our new HR software Workday, the Sustainability Report this year, and a lot more. Above all, we really wanted to make sure you get to know us in the Holding and the structure of NKG as a group better.

It is quite easy to write about synergies, group feelings and close relationships – to really live this group identity and strengthen a feeling of belonging and connection is something incredibly more difficult. We at NG Comms are aware of this discrepancy between talking and writing about something and actually living it. Thus, communicating with all of you is one of our top priorities, especially through publications like our Connected. And we would like to continue what we started quite a while ago: first of all, we cannot work together more closely if we do not even know who this “we” is and what we at NG Communications have to offer (besides our bowling skills). You already saw a nice picture of us in our last “Mail from NG Comms” article – and we added an even more beautiful one here, but we want to go into a bit more detail and also show you our topics and responsibilities here.

Three by three questions: Working Environments and Teamwork

NKG’s greatest strengths are the diversity of our businesses, our teams and our people. But what is it that makes each team work so well? What motivates them, what are their strengths and what are their challenges? To find out, we asked three colleagues from three very different working environments. Our Three by Three questions are answered this time by NKG colleagues from a farm, an exporting and an importing company.
